New year, same Kwame, the former Pro Era collaborator is back with a new EP for listeners. Letters To Fatima provides four new songs for fans of the talented New York artist, with production handled by BillDing and Nascent. The beat selection for the EP is laid back and gives some 90’s vibes, with SHK providing raw raps as usual. Not only has SHK been apart of the Pro Era collective at one point, but he also has a well established relationship with Charles Hamilton, releasing a collaborative project with him back in 2020 titled Black in NY. Kwame is known for releasing multiple projects in one year, heck even in one day, so this begs the question if Letters To Fatima will start the new year in that exact same direction for the artist? Time will tell as 2022 continues to push forward but for now you can bump the EP Letters To Fatima below via Spotify and check out the rest of SHK catalogue.
My personal favorite on the EP is “Bob Marley BLVD”.
Long Live King Capital Steez.
