It was only 4 months ago, Ty Farris (@tyfarris1) released his “Room 39” album featuring Royce Da 5’9,Rapper Big Pooh and other talented artist from Detroit. He returns with a new EP called “Ramen Noodle Nights‘. The energy feels very raw and slighty more aggressive compared to the last release. Songs like “Lil Deuce Deuce” and “Progress” provides a energy that feels dark and violent. He links up with Thelonious Martin and gives some witty verses to “Pray For The Competition” along with Vanderslice on “U Heard Me Homie” to show his pen game is top tier with no question. Then double backs to his right hand man “Trox” with “Another Victim” featuring Waterr out of Chicago to paint some vivid pictures explaining why most of the inner city blacks become victims. 8 songs on this project all present a different feel and element. Ramen Noodle Nights is out on all digital formats and Ty Farris bandcamp.
Farris brings a street HipHop sound with the EP, a sound that I can hear back in the 90’s, but still alive in 2017. Bump the 8 track banger of an EP, Ramen Noodle Nights, below.
