Opta Mystic is the first release from AJ Suede in 2024, taking listeners on a 10 track adventure through audio dimensions created by his lyricism and choice of production that goes hand in hand with his rhymes. The slower paced/low fi production makes the lyrics stand out more making your listening session easier as you pay attention to what the artist inflicts into the instrumentals. Opta Mystic has no features allowing Suede to use every minute and second on an album that he says “is guaranteed to be an experience unlike any other“. Track number two “Hallow Fame” receives a matching visual as well to accompany the release of the album. The Cole Train shot video keeps the trippy vibes coming with the self proclaimed Suede God being credited as the editor.
We haven’t featured the Seattle native on the site in years, dating back to the 2018 release of his mixtape Thank God It’s Raining, but six years later we are just as happy to share with you the creativity and sounds from AJ Suede.
