In Due Time is the 12 track collaboration mixtape from artists 2xteezyy & Nation Boy Peezy that comes to the masses after a few years of being worked on. Both artists are currently living in different states, Teezy in Texas while Peezy is up in Missouri, so you can imagine what kind of work was needed to create the project in whole.
“The song locations was actually sat on for two years and from that song alone we knew we wanted to follow up with some sounds in accordance to that. There was a lot of audio files being sent to Peezy and he would mix and master the art. We were matching each others vibes all throughout the project, we hope listeners can enjoy those different sounds” says 2xteezyy about In Due Time.
The project has features from NovembersRage (“Motions – Remix”), DJ Playa (“Workaholic Hustler”) and H3ATAH (“From Tha Heart”). Teezy and Peezy take care of the other 9 tracks, including the remix to “Love (x3)” which was previously released by 2xteezyy back in 2021. In Due Time brings listeners some music that they can sit back and relate to but also vibe to with ease. Both artists are able to adapt to the production on the mixtape, choosing the right instrumentals to help bring out those sounds that were previously mentioned. The whole tap can be played from start to finish with no skips, a few standouts being “Locations”, “Lights Out” and “From Tha Heart”.
