After scrolling through my Twitter timeline (@BeKnownPosts) I came across a new joint from Hatfield, who I have covered on the site before. Not only is the artist really good at what he does, he decided to run some lyricism over Mac Miller’s “Here We Go” track off hisย Facesย mixtape. If you know me then you know I am a big fan of Mac Miller and that classic mixtape that isย Faces,ย so of course I had to run the track back not once but you know like 5 maybe 10 times. Hatfield destroys what ever was left of the instrumental that the late great Mac Miller left. This is the third installment of the artists “Mac Miller Monday” series in which he raps over classic beats that Mac did as well, like “Senior Skip Day”, “So It Goes” and now “Here We Go”. We became fans of Hatfield after his collaborative EPย No Change with DJ/producer DJ BLKLUOS, and now we are even more impressed with his other work after finding these gems.
