Burgeoning producer/rapper KTOE who’s first major introduction to the rap game came via producing three songs on award-winning rapper Jazz Cartier’s critically-acclaimed Fleurever debut album, returns the favor on “Touring” . Directed by Charlton Visuals, KTOE’s new song and video takes the viewer on a journey through the eyes of an emerging rap star who got to touch a select few high profile live concert stages this past year.
